At Triber, a Massive Questions, Lda. brand, we respect the privacy of those who use our products, including the websites and applications that we make available from time to time. In this document we refer to Massive Questions, Lda. as "Triber", "we" and "our"; and to you as "you", "you", "you" or "your".
This document, the "Privacy Policy", explains how we collect, process and store any personal data belonging to you, i.e. information that allows us to identify you, such as your name, address, telephone number or email address. This information is referred to in this document as "personal information" or "personal data".
2 - Information we collect, how we collect it and how we use it

3 - Will we share information with third parties?
Triber subcontracts third party services for the processing of some personal data collected. The companies we contract are carefully chosen to ensure that the processes and procedures necessary to comply with data protection legislation are safeguarded.
We list below the companies that are subcontracted by Triber, as well as the data and the purposes for which the data is communicated to them:
- The Rocket Science Group (under the brand name Mailchimp) - Company that provides the platform used to create, manage and send Triber's newsletters. Privacy Policy
- Facebook Ireland Limited -Company that owns social media (Facebook.com and Instagram.com) used by Triber to promote and advertise its services and products. Its relationship with Facebook is governed bythe privacy policy of the platforms themselves.
- Google Ireland Limited -A company that owns several products and a vast online advertising network, used by Triberto promote and advertise its services and products. Your relationship with Google is governed by its Privacy Policy.
This list of entities may change at any moment. Triber shall not share your data with entities that are not included in this list, whetherfor the purposes discriminated or for others.
4 - For how long do we keep personal information?
Upon consent of the user, we will store personal information for a maximum period of 36 months.
5 - How do we protect your personal information?
We take a number of steps to ensure the security of your personal information against unauthorised access or disclosure. Please note, however, that no security or encryption method can guarantee complete protection of information against hacking or human error.
6 - Your rights regarding your personal information
You can contact us by email if you wish to view or delete any personal information we have stored, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number. This contact can be made to the email geral@triber.pt or through the alternative ways, available in the present website.

9 - Special Situations
In order to provide the service we may need to make personal and anonymous information available to third parties. This will only happen, however, in these specific circumstances:

- when in good faith we believe it is required by law;
- when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect our rights or property;
- when there is a transfer to any successor or purchaser, in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets.
Your consent will not be required fordisclosure in these cases, but we will always seek to notify you to the extent permitted by law.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on 11 November 2020. It may change from time to time. In the event of a change to the privacy policy we will post a notice in the app. If the change affects registered users, we will send a notification via email, push notification or text.
